Get on chain bitcoin in a few easy steps

   This guide is intended for the total newcomer to get "on chain" Bitcoin but since the advent of Lightning it is even easier to get Bitcoin on lightning see Lightning guide. Start small, do a few transactions to familiarise your self.

• Include as much info for your future self or relatives to help restore the wallet.
• 12 or 24 Word seed phrase
• Owner name
• The Device (what device is the software installed on)
• Pin code (essential if there is one)
  
• Password (essential if there is one)
• Date
• Amount (it may be that you have Millions or nothing indicating that there is nothing may save your future self a lot of time)
• MOST IMPORTANTLY WRITE DOWN YOUR 12 or 24 WORD SEED PHRASE IN HAND WRITING, DO NOT TYPE INTO A COMPUTER, DO NOT PHOTOCOPY, DO NOT PHOTOGRAPH, DO NOT SAY THE WORDS ALOUD

   The wallet will check you have written down your 24 seed before letting you proceed. If your phone gets run over buy a truck, you can restore your Bitcoin with your 24 word seed phrase.

• Go to https://bittylicious.com/
• Create an account
• In Blue wallet create (if there isn't one already) a Blue HD SegWit (BIP84 Bech32 Native) wallet.
• Open it, hit receive
• Copy your receive address from Blue Wallet & paste into the Bittylicious "Bitcoin address" box.
• Make sure Bittylicious is set to "Buy" & "Bitcoin"
• Buy Bitcoin - Start small £50 - £100 (not to small)
  
• Press "Get some coins"
• Follow the Bittylicious instructions

​It may take 5sec to 30 mins to be visible on your Blue wallet.
